Because caring for a child with PDA can be emotionally and physically exhausting, this guide also includes a dedicated caregiver well-being section with realistic strategies to help parents and caregivers reduce burnout, manage stress, and prioritize their own health without guilt.

At Sabella Fae's Ausome Adventures, we believe that every Autistic individual who struggles with wandering and eloping deserves access to the resources, support, and safety equipment they need to stay safe—regardless of financial circumstances.
We are proud to be a recognized IRS 501(c)(3) Public Charity and a registered charitable organization in the State of Maryland and South Carolina. Currently we have 13 other state registrations pending! Be sure to check back frequently to see when your state has been officially added. You may also email us a t any time with any questions or requests such as adding your state to our mission (if you do not see it listed already), more information be added to the site concerning resources, etc.

Founded by a parent who understands the daily challenges, triumphs, fears, and joys that come with raising a child with profound autism, our mission is deeply personal. What began as a desire to help one child navigate the world safely has grown into a commitment to help countless others do the same.
Our core mission is to bridge the gap between families and the life-saving safety equipment they need to help keep their Autistic loved ones safe. We strive to help families overcome financial barriers that often stand between their loved ones and a safer today, bright tomorrow, and limitless possibilities.
We recognize that many families face difficult choices when it comes to affording safety equipment. Too often, there is little to no assistance available when these needs arise. Our goal is to help fill that void by providing guidance, resources, advocacy, and direct support whenever possible.
Above all, we want every family who visits our organization to know they are not alone. We genuinely care about the individuals and families we serve.
